| This November, Wide Open Baja will partner with BF Goodrich, IRC Tracking and SCORE International in presenting the eigth annual "Ultimate Baja Challenge" at the 2006 Tecate SCORE Baja 1000 during the 40th Anniversary of the Baja 1000.
Check out the “NEW” Race Tracking International site with its Interactive Map and Live Tracking, plus our "MultiMedia HUB" a collection of photo galleries and clips that users can participate in. Drivers and fans are encouraged to register and upload photos from the events, post their comments and otherwise be part of the off-road community.
What is the Ultimate Baja Challenge? Simply stated, it is an unmatched annual gathering of Wide Open clients, VIP guests and celebrity drivers coming together to compete in an international motorsports icon. Now recognized as the worlds most successful professional "arrive and drive" event, the Baja Challenge features fully-prepared race cars, an army of support staff, first-class accommodations, pre-race training and course reconnaissance runs... along with unmatched hospitality and exclusive VIP parties. All you have to do is show up and race! As it has for seven years, Wide Open will use the lessons we've learned as a springboard to constantly improve our events and 2007 will be no exception. Our shop will prepare a record number of 19 race cars that feature even better performance and power, while our BF Goodrich partnership provides our teams with desert racings toughest tires and BFG's legendary pit support network.
